Solutions Architect to Ascom Wireless Solutions

For our client, Ascom Wireless Solutions, we are looking for a Solution Architect. Ascom Wireless Solutions is an established global leader in the provision of competitive solutions for wireless on-site communication to support and optimize mission-critical processes. Their main focus is healthcare – hospitals, senior care and independent living – but they are also active in industry, secure establishments, retail and the hotel sector. They are industry experts at messaging and alarm systems, and ensure the relevant alarms always reach the right people at the right time.

Ascom Wireless Solutions deliver innovative solutions within IP-DECT, VoWiFi, paging and nurse call systems. These solutions are based on Ascom Unite, their communication platform which links systems with sophisticated mission-critical working processes. They tailor their solution to their customers’ requirements and integrate their solutions seamlessly with their business processes. As a result this creates optimally efficient, secure and reliable communication.

The Nordic sales region within Ascom Wireless Solutions are strengthening their team with a Solutions Architect.

About the job
The Solution Architect is a key member of the Salesforce implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the solution and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The solutions that they implement are critical in their customers operation and are targeted to improve workflow efficiency.

You will provide end to end solution and design details, oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within the solution area.

You will be a part of the whole sales cycle, ranging from pre-sales up until completion and handover to the customer. In their dynamic environment, you are supposed to be able to handle multiple project at times.

You will cover mainly the Nordic region; Sweden, Norway and Denmark, but part of the work can be situated in other countries in Europe, therefore travelling is a natural part of the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equal
• 5-10 years of design and implementation experience in IT with knowledge in:
o Solution design
o Network design
o Middleware
o Integrations
• Knowledge within regulatory aspects of implementing solutions in the Healthcare segment is a plus.
• Experience as Solutions Architect in the Healthcare segment is helpful
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English
• Fluent in at least one of the languages Swedish / Norwegian / Danish
